Donald Trump added a morning stop in Colorado Springs for Tuesday, the same day he holds an afternoon rally in Grand Junction.
These are his last two campaign stops before the third debate against Hillary Clinton on Wednesday. This one is hosted by Fox News' Chris Wallace and will focus on debt and entitlement programs, immigration, the economy, the Supreme Court, foreign hot spots and the candidates’ fitness to be president. It should be a blast.
While his visit to Pueblo may have represented an effort to reach out to blue-collar Latinos, this visit targets Republican strongholds.
We'll see if this provides the opportunity for the face-to-face visit that Republican Senate candidate Darryl Glenn says he needs to decide if he'll endorse Trump.
We'll also see what new revelations the next five days bring. It was just a week ago that we heard the now infamous recording of Trump bragging to Billy Bush about groping women. Now numerous women have come forward to say that Trump did to them exactly what he described doing in the audio.
On Friday, Trump's Colorado campaign co-chair Robert Blaha went on the radio to compare media attacks on Trump to the propaganda of infamous Nazi Joseph Goebbels.
Trump is scheduled to appear at the Norris-Penrose Event Center in Colorado Springs at 1 p.m. The event was originally listed as starting at 10 a.m. Doors open at 10 a.m., and Trump is scheduled for 1 p.m.
